Nervous system regulation is at the heart of what I do.
Why? Because in a world that constantly pushes us to go faster, do more, and ignore our limits, it’s easy to fall into patterns that deplete us instead of nourishing us.
My work combines practical brain science, positive psychology, breathwork, and other body-based tools with compassionate coaching support.
Together, we transform habits of stress, self-criticism, and reactivity into new ways of living and relating—so you can experience more power, peace, and possibility with food, at the table, in your relationships, and in the choices you make for yourself, your community, and the planet.

I work with people who are tired of feeling stressed out, burned out, self-ctitical or at odds with themselves every time they try to make changes in their lives.
You may struggle with stress eating or stress scrolling—reaching for food or your phone when you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or lonely.
You may find yourself reacting to situations emotionally rather than responding appropriately, with your relationships paying the price.
