Work with Judy

Integrative Wellness Coach

Human beings are complex, integrated systems. Real healing and growth happen when all parts of us—heart and mind, body and soul—are engaged in the process.

But the cultural and economic systems we live within also shape our well-being. Stress and burnout aren’t just personal struggles to fix; they’re signals from a culture that glorifies speed, efficiency, and extraction—draining our time, energy, attention, and even the way we nourish ourselves.

Working with me is like taking your nervous system to the gym—and bringing your deeper, wiser self to life.

My work helps people see these connections clearly, so they can reclaim choice, restore balance, and begin to thrive—in body, mind, and spirit.

Through practical neurobiology, positive psychology, and heart-centered practices rooted in both science and wisdom traditions, we can ease stress and anxiety, create lasting change, repair our relationship with food, and make choices that sustain ourselves and the planet.

Who I work with

I work with people who are tired of feeling stressed out, burned out, self-critical or at odds with themselves every time they try to make changes in their lives.

It might be:

  • struggling with stress eating or stress scrolling—reaching for food or your phone when you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or lonely.

  • experience difficulties with sleep, digestive issues, or chronic health conditions

  • being in the midst of a life transition and need clarity and support for next steps.

  • finding yourself reacting to situations emotionally rather than responding appropriately, with your relationships paying the price.

  • being caught in an adversarial relationship with yourself—chased by your self-critical inner tiger as you struggle with reaching the goals you want to reach

  • struggling with setting boundaries on your time, energy, or attention, resulting in burnout at work, exhaustion with family demands, or depletion due to a lack of self-care.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. And it’s not a matter of willpower—it’s your nervous system doing its best to help you cope in a world that often pushes us to go faster, do more, and ignore our own needs.

My work is for people who want to:

  • Learn simple, practical tools to shift out of fight-or-flight mode and enjoy a life with greater peace and possibility.

  • End the cycle of stress and self-criticism—at the table and in their lives.

  • Manage the stress and anxiety of transitions and chart a sustainable path forward.

  • Rebuild a joyful, nourishing relationship with food.

  • Explore how slowing down can bring more calm, connection, and balance into everyday life.

  • Recognize how stress and burnout are not just personal struggles but a response to a culture of depletion—and begin reclaiming a different way of being.

What I Offer

  • Skill building

Heart rate variability (HRV) training, practical brain science and concrete skills to decrease stress and stress eating, manage overwhelm and burnout, and bring more joy to life.

  • Coaching

Compassionate support and accountability to help you shift unhelpful patterns, cultivate insight, and create lasting change from the nervous system out.

  • Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)

An evidence-based, therapeutic listening program designed to gently retrain your nervous system toward connection, safety, and regulation.

When we work together you will:

  • Understand why your brain and body react the way they do—so you can work with them, not against them

  • Learn to shift out of anxiety and reactivity—and into clarity, self-compassion, and emotional steadiness

  • Develop simple, consistent practices that rewire your nervous system for greater peace and ease and transform what you bring to the table

  • Receive support in setting and maintaining healthy boundaries—so you can thrive, even when the world around you feels chaotic and depleting

  • Begin to let go of control—and learn to listen to the deeper, wiser part of you, so you can take inspired action in your life—whatever that looks like for you

  • Recognize how stress, distraction, and burnout are not just personal struggles but part of the culture we live in—and discover how your personal shifts can ripple outward to help create healthier, more regenerative systems around you.
