Work with Judy
Lasting change from the nervous system out.
Lasting change from the nervous system out.
Most people don't need more information. They know what they should do. They just don't know how to do it in the moment when things get hard.
This work closes the gap.
When pressure, overwhelm, and burnout build, the brain and nervous system shift into a mode designed for survival, not performance. Thinking narrows. Reactions take over. And even capable, self-aware people find themselves falling back on patterns they'd rather leave behind.
This isn't a willpower problem. It's how your system works when it's stressed.
The people I work with are smart, thoughtful, and trying hard. They often say things like:
If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
This isn't about fixing what's wrong with you. It's about understanding how you work — and using that understanding to change what isn't working.
Whatever brings you here, we start in the same place: the nervous system.
Not because it's trendy, but because it's foundational. When the nervous system is dysregulated, change is hard. When it's regulated, everything gets easier — thinking, responding, following through, shifting patterns. That's not a theory. It's biology.
So we start there. We build the core skills that help you stay clear and grounded under pressure — practical, repeatable tools you can use in real time, not just when things are calm.
From that foundation, we build. There are a lot of brain-focused skills and tools available — and the right ones depend on you, your goals, and what's getting in the way.
Some people come for the foundation work and that's exactly what they need. Others discover what becomes possible once they stop working against their systems — and keep going.
Either way, you leave with skills that last.
You're capable and committed — but under pressure, things don't go the way you want. It might show up as:
This work is also available for teams and organizations looking to build resilience and perform more effectively under pressure. Contact me to explore what that could look like.

I am a coach and educator, not a psychotherapist. Coaching is not a substitute for medical or mental health care, though it can be an effective complement to both.
I don't take insurance; some HSAs may cover health coaching.
